What you get, what we don’t promise, and how money works. The same rule as the rest of this site: only what is already true and already published. Where a term hasn’t been settled, it says so rather than borrowing boilerplate.

What the product is
Reports built from public information about your firm and the competitors named in the report, together with what an AI assistant concludes when asked the questions your buyers ask.
Every claim in a report carries one of two labels. Measuredmeans it was checked in the site’s own code and you can verify it yourself in your page source. Inferredmeans it is an AI assistant’s reading. Nothing else ships. Scores are computed in code from a published rubric; no score is ever spoken by a model.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee results. Where a report estimates what an insight is worth, it shows the data the estimate was computed from and says plainly that it is not a guarantee — you decide whether the insight gives you an edge.
If you find a genuine factual error in a report, tell us. We would rather correct a report than defend one.
Sample and demonstration reports on this site use synthesised reference firms and are labelled as such. We do not publish a real client’s report without their permission.
Paying and cancelling
Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time from your account, which opens Stripe’s billing portal — no phone call, no retention script. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Two refund policies are published, and both are real. They are restated here from the FAQ, which remains the source:
- The £27 Full Report Unlockcarries a 90-day credit-back. If the report doesn’t surface findings your firm would act on, reply to your purchase confirmation email and we will credit the £27 against the £595 Done-for-You Mirror — or refund it outright if you prefer.
- The £595 Foundation Month carries an unconditional 30-day money-back. Email us within 30 days and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required, no conditions.
For our other products we have not published a blanket refund policy. Rather than invent one here: email us and a person will sort it out the same working day.
The research and the methodology
The published researchis free to read and to cite. The Methodology Pack is licensed for your firm’s use, and agencies and consultancies may run it on behalf of client firms under that licence.
