Questions, answered before you pay.
What the free report reads, what the unlock adds, what loops are, what each plan costs, and what happens to your data.
The reports
What does the free Insight Report read?
We read your website the way five buyer types would, beside the competitors you name, and show where each one would stall.
You start with your web address. We read the pages, draft a short profile of the business for you to confirm, match it on Companies House and name firms you compete with. Each section ends in a verdict and a takeaway, with the points from your pages that led there.
Do I need an account or a card?
No. The free report starts with a web address. An email address is optional.
What does the report unlock add?
The detailed competitor profiles and the fuller list of moves. One payment, bought inside the report. Nothing renews. You see what is held back before you are asked to pay.
How long does a report take?
We do not publish a time. We have not measured one we would stand behind. The report builds on its own page, section by section, and you can keep the page.
Where do the numbers come from?
Every material figure carries a label. Measured: from an authoritative source or a check we ran, which you can verify. Modelled: computed from stated inputs. Inferred: a judgement made by a language model from what the pages say. A gap in the evidence is printed as a gap.
Which AI reads my site?
One assistant, Claude, named in the report. The Team plan's monthly tracking runs the same questions across several models.
Can it make things up about my business?
The read is closed-world: if a fact is not on your website, it does not exist for the read. Absence is stated as absence, never guessed at. A section that cannot be validated is dropped.
Is the sample report about a real firm?
No. Hadley & Whitmore and its rivals are constructed test firms, built so the whole report can be published. We do not publish a real client's report without permission.
What if the report gets something wrong?
Most often your site does not say the thing, which is itself the finding. If you spot a genuine factual error, tell us through the contact form. We would rather correct a report than defend one.
Intel loops
What are Intel loops?
Watches that re-run on a cadence and report what changed. 4 are in build: competitor website monitor, reviews and reputation watch, competitor ad watch, own-ads audit.
None runs for customers yet. None is on sale. When one runs in production, the pricing page will say which plans include it.
What is the store comparison?
A specialist-checked comparison of your store against three rivals you choose, across eight categories from first impression to payment options.
Built for online stores. Start it from the intel loops page.
Plans, billing and refunds
What can I buy today?
Team: £595 for the Foundation Month, then £195/mo. It checks out on the pricing page.
Personal, Command Centre, Command Centre + Memory, Enterprise have no buy button. Command Centre is sold by conversation; the others are not built yet.
What does the Team plan include?
The full deep read of your firm and market, delivered as onboarding.
Monthly tracking with a delta report, across several frontier models.
A quarterly re-run of the full study, so the baseline stays current.
What is the AI Visibility Snapshot?
A one-off report, £195: what an AI assistant concludes about your firm against up to three named competitors, and whether your site is built so machines can read it. Evaluated by one assistant, Claude, named in the report.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in GBP. UK VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is by Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
The report unlock has a 90-day refund: if the report does not surface findings your firm would act on, reply to your purchase confirmation and we refund it.
The Team plan's Foundation Month: 30-day money-back, unconditional. Tell us and we refund it in full.
Anything else: contact us and a person will answer.
How do I cancel?
From your account: Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancel any time. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Where a report estimates what a finding is worth, it shows the data the estimate came from and says it is not a guarantee. There are no testimonials on this site because we have none we can attribute.
Data and who we are
Do you need access to my systems?
No. Reports are built from public data: your website, your competitors' websites, public registers, search-demand data and public review listings. Your own analytics are read only if you connect them.
Who can see my report?
Anyone who has its link. A report link is a long random token that works without signing in. Treat it like a password.
You emailed my firm. Why, and is that lawful?
Our outreach follows the UK PECR business-to-business rules: we email limited companies and LLPs verified on Companies House, and send nothing when we cannot confirm corporate status. To opt out, reply to the email or use the contact form.
Who is behind Audience Intel?
Labs, a trading name of Cambray Design Limited. Support is a person, through the contact form.
